The strip club drama will return for Season 2.
July 27, 2020
Starz announced today that P-Valley has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes three episodes into the drama's freshman run, which has been receiving all-around early praise from critics.
Set at a strip club deep in the Mississippi Delta known as 'The Pynk', the series follows the owner and the dancers as they deal with issues regarding the club and in their personal lives, while using the bond they've formed to help them through the daily grind.
New episodes of P-Valley are currently airing on Sunday nights. Look for Season 2 in 2021.

You all need to lighten up! This show has great characters, I’m here for Uncle Clifford. As a hustling single mom I can relate to the struggle, ready for season 2

Damn y'all are really trashing this show. I think it's good. Starz heroin dealer. Really. At least there is a network out there willing to do a show about stripping and people trying to make a living. And "an all black cast". Wtf is that supposed to mean exactly. Because there are white cast mates for one. Besides who really gives a shit. Black white purple green mthafuckin. Magenta IDC this show is lit.

Its an all Black cast. I suspect Starz was pressured into renewing this cancelled show and did not actually want to revive it in the first place..

This show is fantastic and I’m excited to see it back for another season. Starz has been making a lot of interesting and diverse television over the last few years.

.. Starz... when shows are too tame for PornHub but too racy for network TV.... I saw the writer in one of those "clips" on Starz speaking about this show.. "I wanted to write for black women".... really... so.. she expects black WOMEN to be tuning in to see the strip club?? And she anticipates strippers being Starz subscribers??? Talk about not being in touch with reality... I saw the first episode of this show... it is complete and utter trash riddled with stereotypes, clichés, HORRIBLE acting and just stupid plot lines. If Starz is already renewing this.. well... I wish I had their heroine dealer because he's selling Star Execs some good shit..

I watched the movie "The Notebook" for the first time the other night. The end (no spoilers) is very quiet and the cam pulls back for a long shot, and then switches to a very brief outdoors scene..a few seconds. All during the ending Starz shrunk down the pic into the left corner, and showed a loud cheezy commercial for this crummy show. Yeah that's why we pay to watch movies on cable lol.
