No Season 3 for the supernatural horror series.

Word is out that AMC has cancelled NOS4A2 after two seasons. Creator Jami O'Brien took to Twitter to confirm the sad news, which comes a week after the supernatural horror show aired its sophomore finale - now its series ender.
Based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Joe Hill, NOS4A2 follows Charlie Manx, a seductive immortal who feeds off the souls of children before depositing what's left of them into a twisted, icy village of his imagination called Christmasland. But his whole world is threatened when a young woman discovers she has a dangerous supernatural ability - and realizes she is the only one with the power to stop him.
Well friends, I heard from AMC last week. We won’t be making a 3rd season of #NOS4A2 . It’s a bummer, but I’m grateful we were at least able to finish adapting the storyline from Joe Hill’s terrific novel... 1/4

And THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who tuned in — especially to those who tweeted along with us each week — you made Sunday nights a lot of fun. Hope to do it again with you all somewhere down the road... xoxoxo 4/4
