Netflix announced today that Selling Sunset has been renewed for Seasons 4 and 5. The good news comes seven months after the real estate reality series released its third season.

Since its premiere in 2019, the series has become a solid performer for the streaming service. Season 3 made it into its Top 5 most-watched shows during the month of its release. Cast member Chrishell Stause was even a contestant on the last season of Dancing with the Stars. Being renewed through Season 5 means the show will become one of Netflix's longest-running reality series.

Selling Sunset follows a group of elite real estate brokers at The Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles as they hustle to sell the luxurious life to the city's many affluent buyers. The scene can be extremely cutthroat, resulting in plenty of drama to go along with the sunny locale and rich clientele.

No premiere date has been set for Season 4 of Selling Sunset, though a summer return appears likely. With today's pickup being a two-season order, the break between Seasons 4 and 5 could once again be short, as Seasons 2 and 3 aired less than three months apart.
