No Season 2 for the Jamie Foxx comedy.

It is being reported that Netflix has cancelled Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! after just one season. The news comes two months after the comedy released its eight-episode freshman run.
Co-created by Jamie Foxx, the half-hour series premiered in April with little buzz and mixed reviews from critics. While it briefly made it to the top of the Netflix charts shortly after its release, its time there was short-lived.
Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! stars Foxx as Brian Dixon, a single dad and successful cosmetics brand owner who has to figure out fatherhood on the fly when his strong-minded teenage daughter moves in with him. Thankfully for Brian, he gets a little help from his own father and sister. The series was inspired by Foxx's relationship with his daughter, Corinne.

I wanted to like this show because I'm looking for a good comedy and regular tv kind of gave up on them. Unfortunately this show was cheesy or fake or something. Couldn't get past two episodes just bad. I recommend the Upshaws and Kims Convenience, they were regular traditional comedy.

This show sucked. Atleast the young girl can focus on her fans only account and porn shoots. Jamie Fox needs to stick with 200’s r &b songs. Poss bring back in living color

So after these posts here I decided to check it out, OMG bad idea.
Foxx must think its kate 1980s or early 1990s , making fun of a race is racist ok , well at least that's what they say and I guess it is.
Foxx showed his true colors, and wow this boy is a racist.
Oh his daughter in the show should not be acting, was very awkward at times.
Anyways Netflix is producing too many shows and not focusing on making a few good shows...
Bye bye to this waste of time.

Chris Schmidt, Stfu!! The show wasn’t for you so if you didn’t like it no one cares. Plenty of shows talk about race, and making fun of white people is not racist.

Good!! I have been waiting for this piece of shit to get cancelled! It did nothing but make fun of white people and make us look bad. I lost all respect for Jamie Fox after this. I also lost a little respect for myself for watching all the episodes. Good riddance you racist show.If white people said something racist about blacks on a show today, they will be in major trouble and cancelled and I'm not just talking the show.
