No Season 2 for the dramedy series.

It is being reported that Netflix has cancelled Country Comfort after just one season. The news comes three months after the dramedy released its freshman run, which ultimately garnered mixed reviews from critics.
It was a bad day for comedies on the streaming service, as three others also got the ax. 'Mr. Iglesias', 'Bonding', and 'The Crew' will all not be moving forward with additional seasons. The genre in general has been a challenge for Netflix, as many of its scripted comedies have had their runs cut short as of late.
Country Comfort follows aspiring young country singer Bailey, who takes a job as a nanny after struggles in her career and personal life. Working for a rugged widowed cowboy and his five children, her positive attitude and Southern charm help her navigate the family dynamics and be the mother figure the kids need. Bailey is also surprised to get the band she's been looking for in this musically talented family.

This one really ticks me off! It is a good, wholesome show and it deserved a season 2. With so many bad things on television, why did they cancel things that are good? It makes me very angry! Netflix is notorious for doing this.

I started watching this this morning really love it. I'm on episode 6 been on all morning. I love the characters music funny even a few tears. Who on Netflix has canceling decisions because they just screwed up again. This is a good show clean funny. They should fire persons who cancels the shows they are obviously inept!!

I loved this show! I don’t understand why Netflix would cancel a show that is good, clean fun. And it had some great singing from Catherine McPhee and Leanne Rimes. Guess they want to put their stock in sex, violence and gore! I hope you rethink this cancellation, if Hulu or some other streaming service picks this up…I’m going there!

It was a fun and relaxing show. It's a bit sad they didn't concluded it. . And they almost always finish the season with a cliff hanger. Just finish the story and begin a new one in the next season bring it back on Hulu or Netflix bright back every one need a feel good show

It was a fun and relaxing show. It's a bit sad they didn't concluded it. But it's getting typical for most american (and netflix) shows. And they almost always finish the season with a cliff hanger. Just finish the story and begin a new one in the next season - how hard can it be...
