No Season 2 for the streaming dramedy.
September 14, 2021
Word is out that HBO Max has cancelled Generation after just one season. The sad news comes two months after the dramedy wrapped its 16-episode freshman run, which ultimately garnered a mixed reception from critics.
The move makes Generation the first scripted original series to be cancelled by the streaming service, which launched in May of last year.
Generation is a dark dramedy that follows a diverse group of high school students whose exploration of modern sexuality puts deeply established beliefs about life, love, and family to the test in their conservative community.

Conservative community? They probably wouldn't let any slight differences exist. Too right wing to last. As the saying goes:

So, a show about hyper sexualized teenagers didn't go over so well? Who could of imagined?

Anyone else see a running theme here with these canceled shows? GET WOKE GO BROKE
