HGTV announced today that Bargain Block has been picked up for a second season. The reality series premiered in April with a 9-episode run that ranked within the top 10 new cable unscripted series among total viewers and women aged 25-54.

The show features partners and scrappy visionaries Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas as they restore homes in the iconic city of Detroit, Michigan. The duo buy abandoned and run-down properties with the goal of transforming them into stylish, yet affordable, starter homes for first-time buyers.

Look for Season 2 of Bargain Block in 2022.
