HBO Max announced today that The Sex Lives of College Girls has been renewed for a second season. The good news comes less than three weeks into the comedy's freshman run, which has been garnering fairly positive feedback from critics.
Co-created by Mindy Kaling, the series follows four college roommates at the prestigious Essex College in New England, where the best years of their lives are just getting started. Per the streamer, the show had the biggest Max Original comedy launch this year.
Look for Season 2 of The Sex Lives of College Girls in 2022.

It is SO good! It is so funny! I have really enjoyed watching it and look forward to it weekly. If you haven't seen it then you should totally check it out - you won't regret it - unless you don't enjoy laughing!

I will watch Season 2. The characters are a little exaggerated and things happen a little too easily for them than they would in real life. I mean, some of the topics they take up like unwanted touching, affair with a coach, cheating in exams, being LGBTQ, etc....things don't go as well for women IRL as they do in the series. But the vibes overall are good, and the characters are interesting, so I welcome the renewal.

Never seen it. With Mindy Kaling, I assume it's a non-funny type of comedy
