No Season 2 for the streaming drama.

It is being reported that Peacock has cancelled Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol after one season. The news arrives two months after the novel-based drama wrapped its 10-episode freshman run, which ultimately garnered mixed reviews.
Based on Dan Brown's International bestselling novel of the same name, the series follows young Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon, who must work to solve a series of deadly puzzles in order to save his kidnapped mentor and prevent a chilling global conspiracy.
The Lost Symbol managed to tell a complete story in Season One, fully covering the plot of the book. Word is that a second season would have seen Langdon take on new adventures.

Well, that happens, when you take a good book and create a terrible script with bad actors...
I had huge problem finishing the show, because the acting was so bad and I couldn't reconice the charateres at all...

I like the show but episode 6 just stopped. Said it was licensed protected and would not finish the episode also had a -6 . I would like to finish the show but peacock stopped it from playing.

Yeah, bit hard to imagine that there was going to be much more of these once it took care of the whole book (but I'm glad they did).
I was hoping that there would be more of these to come as I thought Ashley did well and always love Eddie Izzard, but it was always going to be tough with Mr Hanks portraying him so well in the movies. It just didn't feel hugely Robert Langdon.

Started on this. Not bad. But it was doomed evidently. So no season two
