Bloodlands is coming back to Acorn TV. The streaming service has picked up Season 2 of the British thriller for a premiere sometime this year. The series had already been renewed by the BBC early in 2021.

The first season followed Northern Irish police detective Tom Brannick, who finds a possible suicide note in a car that had been left in a large inlet in County Down. He realizes that the note could be linked to one of his earlier cases, leading to a hunt for a known assassin.
