Disney+ announced today that The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder has been renewed for a second season. The good news comes ahead of this week's freshman finale, which releases on Wednesday to cap the animated comedy's 10-episode debut run.
A revival of the 2001 Disney series, the show follows 14-year-old Penny Proud who, along with her family, navigate their lives in the 2020s. Penny's mom Trudy is a career woman, her dad Oscar has wild dreams, and Penny herself faces her own challenges.
Look for Season 2 of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder in early 2023.
