Netflix announced today that Firefly Lane will be coming to an end after its upcoming second season. The streamer will release the first nine episodes of what will be an extended final run on December 2. Then in 2023, on a yet-to-be-determined date, a final batch of seven episodes will be released to conclude the series.
Based on Kristin Hannah's bestselling novel, the drama stars Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke as best friends Tully and Kate, who support each other through all their ups and downs with an unbreakable bond that carries them from their teenage years to their 40s.
