Netflix has renewed Selling the OC for Seasons 2 and 3. The two-season pickup comes five months after the reality real estate series released its 8-episode freshman run.

A spin-off of 'Selling Sunset,' the show follows The Oppenheim Group's second office on the Orange County coast. A new group of male and female realtors compete to establish themselves while dealing with the high pressure that comes with the luxury real estate scene.

Look for Season 2 of Selling the OC later this year.
