Fox has announced that Name That Tune has been picked up for a fifth season. The news comes ahead of the musical game show's Season 4 premiere, which is scheduled for June 3. The early renewal was confirmed by the network at its upfront presentation this week, where it announced its programming slate for the 2024-2025 television season.
An updated take on the 1952 classic that has seen many iterations over the years, the game show puts contestants' knowledge of music to the test as they go head-to-head in a variety of music-based games to win cash and prizes.
Last season, episodes exclusively featured celebrity contestants playing for charity under the moniker 'Celebrity Name That Tune.' Based on the promos for Season 4, the show may be returning to its traditional non-celebrity format.

That's good. We should be expecting civilian contestants starting for the upcoming season. The band is actually quite talented as they can play anything even TV themes.

UGH, I wish they'd replace Randy and his horrible band and well Jane can go too. I wish my son would start hating this as much as I do. Love the show hate how they wrecked it. Bring on REAL people.
