Netflix announced today that Devil May Cry has been renewed for a second season. The news comes one week after the animated series released its 8-episode freshman run. The show debuted at #4 on the streamer's global Top 10 list, reaching the Top 10 in 87 countries.
In this animated adaptation of the popular Capcom video game, sinister forces at play open the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon-hunter-for-hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck.

It's very noisy, kinda like an American creator's interpretation of what an anime should be. Everyone has cool weapons but their aim is worse than a Storm Trooper.

The thing that bothers me is that Netflix has canceled better shows after one season and they renewed this before everyone has even watched the series yet. And it debuted at #4. Just confusing and frustrating to me. Must be some algorithm stuff.

... well, that was quick... im still on episode 3. So far im still on the fence, doesnt feel like anything new or interesting, just more graphic...
