The animated comedy is back next month.

Prime Video announced today that the second season of The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy will premiere on Tuesday, May 27. It has been over a year since the animated comedy released its 8-episode freshman run. There was never an official renewal for Season 2 because it was given a two-season order out of the gate.
The series follows alien best friends Dr. Sleech and Dr. Klak, who are both intergalactically renowned surgeons. Together they tackle maladies like anxiety-eating parasites, illegal time loops, and deep-space STIs. When they take on a highly dangerous and potentially groundbreaking case, the doctors end up putting existence itself in jeopardy. Although considering their dismal personal lives, oblivion might be an improvement.
