The period drama lands another two-season pickup.

Netflix announced today that Bridgerton has been picked up through Season 6. The renewal gives the period drama two additional seasons beyond the upcoming fourth season, which will release in 2026.
From the Shondaland production company and inspired by Julia Quinn's bestselling novels, the series follows eight siblings of the Bridgerton family who are part of London's high society. Eldest daughter Daphne is looking to follow in her parents' footsteps, and makes her debut onto Regency London's competitive marriage market. Her prospects appear unrivaled as she hopes to find a match sparked by true love, but as her older brother starts to rule out potential suitors, the high-society scandal sheet written by the mysterious Lady Whistledown casts doubt on Daphne's reputation.
Since its debut in 2020, each of the show's three previous seasons has ranked among the streamer's most popular, with Seasons 1 and 3 currently ranking as #5 and #7, respectively. The limited prequel, 'Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story,' dominated its Global Top 10 chart.
