Showtime announced today that Couples Therapy has been picked up for a fifth season. The news comes two weeks after the acclaimed docuseries returned for the second half of Season 4, with the Season 4B premiere episode delivering a 30% increase on cross-platform viewership vs. the prior season premiere.

The show takes viewers inside the authentic experience of weekly therapy involving different couples. Esteemed psychoanalyst Dr. Orna Guralnik guides each couple through the process, which includes honest confrontation with one another and themselves, exploring their struggles, and achieving revealing breakthroughs.
