'Mistletoe Murders' Renewed For Season 3

The whodunnit will return next holiday season.

Hallmark Media announced today that Mistletoe Murders has been renewed for a third season. The news comes three months after the holiday mystery drama wrapped its 6-episode sophomore run on Hallmark Channel and Hallmark+.

"Mistletoe Murders embodies so many of the elements viewers turn to Hallmark for: romance, community and Christmas wrapped within a cozy mystery," began Michelle Vicary, Head of Programming, Hallmark Media. "Over two seasons, viewer response to this series has been overwhelmingly positive and we cannot wait to bring them back to Fletcher's Grove and to continue to reveal the backstory that has made Emily Lane one of the most enigmatic characters on television."

Adapted from the Audible Original series, Mistletoe Murders follows Emily Lane, who owns a charming year-round Christmas-themed store called Under the Mistletoe in the quaint tourist town of Fletcher's Grove. While she is outwardly optimistic, her inner voice reveals a sardonic sense of humor, cunning intellect, and an eye for detail... because Emily has a big secret. Emily finds herself compelled to investigate local murders. When she begins her personal investigations, Detective Sam Wilner, a smart local cop with a crush on Emily, begins to wonder if there is more to Emily than meets the eye.
