Hulu is bringing Furious back for a second season. It's an early pickup for the drama, which will conclude its 8-episode freshman run on August 31. The announcement was made today in a video on the streamer's social media, with star Emmy Rossum letting fans know the good news.
"I am thrilled to officially announce that Furious has been renewed for a second season," said Rossum. "We are so overwhelmed and grateful for the love and support you have shown for our first season, and don't forget to watch our season finale this Monday night on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. I can't wait to make more."
The series stars Rossum as Alice Black, an FBI agent who is hunting a mysterious and calculating female serial killer. Both walk their own paths toward justice, and as their lives start to intertwine, the line between right and wrong begins to blur.
