Apple TV Renews 'Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed'

The comedic thriller will return for Season 2.

Apple TV announced today that Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed has been renewed for a second season. The news comes three months after the comedic thriller wrapped its 10-episode freshman run.

"We are delighted to continue the story of 'Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed' and deeply grateful to Apple and our incredible cast and crew," said David J. Rosen, creator and showrunner. "This is all pretty amazing for a show whose title came from a spam email."

The series stars Tatiana Maslany as Paula, a newly divorced mother who falls down a dangerous rabbit hole of blackmail, murder, and youth soccer. Convinced she witnessed a crime — while simultaneously struggling through a custody battle and an identity crisis — Paula begins her own investigation; one that could unravel a greater conspiracy while also holding the keys to rebuilding her family and sense of self.
