A dramedy following a former high school "queen bee" who returns to Dallas in hopes of a fresh start.
Amanda was one of the popular mean girls in high school back in Plano, Texas. Now broke and a recently widowed mother of two, the former queen bee returns to her hometown suburb of Dallas looking for a fresh start - but finds out it may not be as easy as it seems.

CANCELLED???? What a shame!! This was funny and entertaining!! And offered an A++++ line up of actors. You are ruining my Sunday nite t.v. yet again!! You axed PanAm ( which I liked ) but I forgave you because GCB was about the only replacement I considered worth while. Very Dissappointed!!! Praying another network is smart enough to pick it up!

Please do not cancel, this was pretty funny, the only thing on Sunday evening to watch. And yes, I'm a Christian still think it's funny.

PLEASE do not cancel GCB!! It's one of the few shows decent enough to watch right now! I'm not a soap opera fan, but this show was much more that that! It's hilarious, right on the money! You're making a HUGE mistake cancelling!

Why in the world would you cancel GCB? It is one of the best things i've seen on tv in a really long time and to cut it off after only a few short months is just stupid. if you are worried about ratings then i think you are about to put yourself in a world of hurt. There is nothing worng with this show at all. I have seen WAY WORSE on tv and they are still around!!! Think before you act!

I find it a very bad programming decision to cancel GCB. It was a perfect replacement for Desperate Housewives. If the network is going by ratings they need to consider the time slot and day the show was airing. I'm sure due to the hour it aired (10pm on a Sunday) many record it to watch at a more convenient time. I think a better solution would be give it one more season in the Desperate Housewives time slot and then decide...
