A dramedy following a former high school "queen bee" who returns to Dallas in hopes of a fresh start.
Amanda was one of the popular mean girls in high school back in Plano, Texas. Now broke and a recently widowed mother of two, the former queen bee returns to her hometown suburb of Dallas looking for a fresh start - but finds out it may not be as easy as it seems.

I hate that they cancelled this show. I really looked forward to it every week and was eager to watch the next season. I think it was a mistake of epic proportion to drop this gem. Kudos to the network that picks it up because that's where you will find me!

Just found out that GCB was cancelled because friends were discussing how they can't believe it. I can't believe it either. This show is awesome...I don't miss it. Please reconsider.

NOOOOOO!!!!! DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW! I LOVE THIS SHOW. It is funny and interesting and I think a great dialogue. Annie Potts is AWESOME! What is up with canceling shows that people like?! ABC you really need to change your mind on this one, you have a winner here. It's very real and lets you really get involved and laugh and cry and hope for change. Again, ABC I urge you to rethink this and at the very least shot a few more episodes because I think the ratings are there and we have ENOUGH of reality shows.

This is one of the best shows on TV. It is a mistake to cancel it, move it to the desperate wife's time frame. We all changed the channel after Once Upon a Time because Desperate was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo BAD!!!!!
