This show is TERRIBLE! The acting is like something I would expect to see at a high school play. Whoever the teenage blonde girl is that is the daughter on the show is incredibly inept and obviously has no formal drama training. The entire show is nothing at all like Texas as everyone doesn't look and/or act like the show portrays . No wonder no one watches the major networks any longer. Hopefully this show will be put out of its misery and will be cancelled.

I love GCB! I am a christian woman and this is just entertainment. I am not offended by this in any manner. I hope the show gets picked up for another season. I agree, if you do not like it, do not watch it, but do not ruin it for those who do enjoy it!

Thankfully, people like Bev don't make a one-person majority in this country. If people want to watch it,they will. If it's not meant to last,it won't. It's survival of the fittest.

I love this show, I agree with joshua they are phony people because behind closed doors they talk about people and don't have anything good to say about anyone. christian's are a cult to me, but anyway this show is great and bev loosen up.

I live in Richardson, TX, and I'd say GCB is pretty accurate in its portrayal of Texas women and the all of the big phonies that plague churches especially in the South (lived in Florida, too, and it's the same there.)
This show is sooo funny and right on the mark with all of the religious phonies who claim to be good Christians but use their prayer chains to gossip, prayer to beat up on others, and wield their religious understanding for evil. The truth hurts which is why I like telling it to you all the time.

Bev here's a thought. If you don't like it don't watch it.

Joshua...the truth you tell in your statement is precisely why "Bev" has her panties all in a bunch. The truth hurts people.

I personal think Bev needs to loosen up; the fact is GCB shows what goes on after church. All one has to do is not believe in the fairy tales of religion and use logic and education and it is easy to realize that 90% of all Good Christian are phony people who pretend to be good people under the eyes of the lord, when really most are racist, sexist, homophobic frauds, it to see them to brought into the light

P.S. If I were a woman living in Texas I would be HIGHLY offended by the portrayal of Texan women! Has "entertainment" really come to this? I truly hope not!

REALLY? This show hasn't been cancelled yet? It is a DISGUSTING show! Watched the first two episodes out of curiosity...that was it. Couldn't watch the third. I am sorry that this network felt it needed to pick up a show that represents Christian people in such a demeaning way and that they feel it is okay to do so! Would be interesting to see if the same network would put a show on called GMB (Good Muslim Bit__es), or GBB (Good Buddhist Bit__es). I think not...wouldn't be "politicaly correct". Shame on you...and shame on those companies who are advertising and sponsoring this show! Cancel it!
