A drama following former Secret Service agents working as private detectives.
Sean King & Michelle Maxwell are private investigators with a unique skill set they obtained in their previous line of work as Secret Service agents. Together they use those skills and connections to solve cases that are too difficult for your typical law enforcement officers.

I was reading the list of cancelled shows and for the most part was not surprised about any of them until I saw King & Maxwell on the list. Are you kidding me? I love this show. The cast is perfect! I'm so disappointed. I picked up a Baldacci book after seeing the series and saw Rebecca Romijn and Jon Tenney in my mind as I read. They so captured the characters!

Extremely disappointed. Great cast, good chemistry. I'd like to know what networks look for in keeping shows on air. Certainly not TV viewers.

Bad mistake TNT, you have wonderful shows and Maxwell and King is one of them. I was really getting into the show. Please reconsider and renew it.

I've been searching the internet to see when the second season for one of my favorite shows is starting. I am really upset to learn that King & Maxwell was cancelled. Last season I started watching a lot of TNT shows for the first time. Some were into their second or third seasons and I have fallen in love with them. (Rizzoli & Isles, Castle, Perception (it's different, but I like it!) Rizzoli & Isles, and Castle are some of my favorites. I have recently gotten into a show this past season on A&E , "Longmire". This last season has really grabbed me. I absolutely love King & Maxwell and have watched it from the very first episode. I taped all of them off TV. I am disappointed to find someone hasn't picked up this show. I can't believe it is canceled. This show is a hit! I watch a lot of crime-drama shows and this one was at the top of my list. Many of them don't get really good until the second season. Someone out there, please pick this show, King & Maxwell, back up. I was so looking forward to season 2. I am heartbroken!!! 2/22/2014

I have to agree with all that I've read. King & Maxwell was a great show that me and my daughters loved to watch. It had great talent, but I guess TNT can't tell what's good and what's not. 3.5 million viewers just wasn't enough, ridiculous. This sucks!!!! We will miss King & Maxwell.

I agree with everyone! I will never understand why the networks always cancel the really good shows!!!!!!! King and Maxwell was certainly one of them!!!!

Anyone who has read anything from balducci can attest to superb writing, in great depth research and intriguing plots with twists and page turner story line. TNT does not deserve to air this series. The powers that be obviously have the intelligent quota of a tree frog
