A dramedy about a gay teenager who joins the US Marine Corps in the 1990s.
Cameron Cope is a directionless and closeted teenager who, with his best friend Ray, join a diverse group of recruits in the 1990s US Marine Corps during a time when being gay in the military was illegal.
Together they navigate the literal and metaphorical landmines of boot camp, forging unlikely bonds and discovering their true selves in an environment designed to push them to their limits.

Keith - when I watch a horror movie, I don’t feel like they’re trying to push me into being a murderer. I have 0 interest to kill after watching Scream. However when I watch something that’s resonates with me, it can have an emotional impact.
Maybe you should start digging into why you see a show focused on a gay man and feel that it is targeted to you. Your comment throws you out of the closet more than you think.

A TV series does not make an agenda. This is MY story and many others and you have no right to minimize my experiences when I served for 12 years during that time. You can simple choose not to watch but you don't have the right to demean the thousands of us who served during that time. Man up and stop being so damn sensitive to everything. It's not always about you.
