By-the-book FBI Special Agent Bill Goodman is loaned out to a clandestine CIA/FBI task force, where he is teamed up with secretive and roguish CIA Agent Colin Glass.

When this odd couple are assigned to work out of CIA's New York Station, they must learn to work together to investigate cases and criminals posing threats on U.S. soil, finding that their differences may actually be their strength.

With Bill learning the rules of this murky world on the fly, Colin leads him deeper into spy games where only one thing is clear - their work keeps America safe, even if no one will ever know what they did in the shadows.
