The network has picked up the fourth season of the fantasy drama.

TV Guide is reporting that Syfy has picked up a fourth season of Merlin after continued ratings success in Season 3. The fantasy drama - a retelling of the famous legend of Merlin - airs worldwide and had already secured a 10-episode fourth season last year for BBC One in the UK.
US audiences will get to continue enjoying the series when Season 4 returns stateside in 2012, thanks to a 12 percent increase in viewership this past season compared to Season 2.

Merlin was one of my family favorite show on T.V. It was the perfect family show for all to watch. Please bring it back. We need more of this wonderful written show. thank you Akss

PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL MERLIN. I'VE WATCHED HIM SINCE THE BEGINNING. I DON'T WANT ARTHUR TO DIE AND I WANT MERLIN TO RETURN. JUST WATCHED THE FINALE MAY 31, 2013 AND AM SAD THAT IT ENDED THIS WAY. PLEASE BRING MERLIN AND ARTHUR BACK IT'S THE ONLY SHOW WORTHWHILE WATCHING.

What? Are you kidding?? One of if not my (our) favorite show!! And I'm confused..is a new season coming on SOON?? And is there really a fifthThe "Arthurian world;' has to see him revealed for who he is!! He needs to have them see his power, his nobility. his purpose! Arthur has o see who he REALLY is.. Many more watching than u might realize.. Fun, engaging and provocative. Stay with us!!GREAT show!!!I will be so dissapointed if it's gone, at least if so without him being revealed for all he is. Have mercy!!

PLEASE do not cancel Merlin. PLEASE!!! It is the best show on SyFy channel. My entire family watches it. Merlin is about the only family show on TV. So sick of reality shows, so sick of wrestling shows, so sick of having to tell my grandchildren to cover your faces or to close their ears!! Please keep this great show on, it is the very BEST.

I enjoyed Merling so much. I can't believe that it is not being brought back. Of course it seems like the good shows are always cancelled. For one hour a week Merlin helped take our thoughts to another time and place. In a world like we have now, it was a great distraction. I don't watch much TV but this was one show I didn't miss. Please bring it back.

I am patiently waiting for Merlin to come back on for another season, please DON'T cancel this show, this is the

What a great show. I enjoy it more than I can say and I hope it stays on a long time. Need more shows like this and less reality junk... I look forward to its return. Our family watches together.....not much of that anymore. The computers even get set aside....awesome!

OUTSTANDING!!!!! So glad it is returning, great entertainment and even a little humor. Love the cast! We need more entertaining shows like this on cable stations as well as the major stations. There is, frankly, too much reality TV which sucks, the shows aren't even good, and since we have to pay to watch TV, unlike when I was a kid, the least the stations could do is more entertaining shows like Merlin on.

I am sooooo glad Merlin will be back!! My husband is 68 years old and I am 60 and this is one of the best shows we watch. See you soon Merlin, can't wait!!

fantastic show hope it continues for years. tv has too many reality shows we need more stories.
