Production on the series has been halted after four episodes.
October 14, 2011
After four low-rated episodes, the 2011 incarnation of Charlie's Angels has been cancelled. ABC has stopped production of the show effective immediately, but the already-produced episodes will apparently still make it to air. There is no word at this time on how many that will be.
The freshman action drama had been mired in low ratings since premiering last month, with speculation of cancellation surrounding the series since its first episode. Last night the show earned a 1.3 rating in the coveted adults 18-49 demographic, placing it last in its time slot versus its four other broadcast network competitors. That was likely the last straw for ABC.

I actually just got started in the show and really like it. Shows that make you think and that are really good get canceled. They make shows that take no brains nor any thinking stay "biggest loser, big bother house, amazing race" dont really have to think about anything.

Was really enjoying the show. So were the others in my household. Hope this show gets another chance.Enough time has passed so it doesn't have to compare to the original.

Too bad, it started lame but was slowly gaining it's place. Sort of like a Miami Vice type thing.
And I only commented because I actually watched the show.

Wow I can't believe it took them 4 weeks to figure out that this show was crap! Of course it was cancelled! Horrible delivery of lines, stupid gimmicky premise, hokey situations; it should have been cancelled 5 minutes into the pilot episode!

I particularly was enjoying this current version of Charlie's Angels, it has more character and action then the previous versions made for TV (Movie version excluded)this newer version is not being given a chance to prove itself to the audiance and should be given a second chance, after all, isn't Charlie's Angels about giving second chances?!

I'm surprised this show got cancelled after four weeks! It is a good show; a much better version than the original "Boob Tube" version back in the 70's! This show kicked some ass, you know? It had more more action and less drama than the original. The cast was great! But the storylines were a little lame but fun! Come on People! We need some fun on TV these days! I am getting sick and tired of these dark and moody copycat CSI type and supernatural type series! Plus I hate reality shows too! I'm bored with them already! Bring back The Muppets, Folks! Let's laugh and live a little! Peace out!

Didnt even bother to watch this show, so cant really comment but Charlies Angels was a cult tv show and no remake can compare. Im surprised Hawaii 5 0 has made it to season 2!
