TNT will not bring back the Jason Lee police drama.

TNT has cancelled Memphis Beat after two seasons. The cop drama, which starred Jason Lee, aired its last episode on August 16.
The series is the network's second recent drama to be cancelled - Hawthorne was given the axe in early September.

Memphis Beat was one of the truly good shows! I can't imagine what TNT will replace it with....but my wife and I will not watch it. Wise up, bring back Memphis Beat!

NOOOOOOOOOOO! One of the best shows on TV. Fire the person who made this decision. Love the show, the characters, the music!!
Not much left worth watching, our family hates all these "reality" shows!!!!!!!

TNT must be taking the advice of the folks in the Department of Shooting Ourselves in the Foot.
They cancel this and they're bringing back Dallas.

I'm so disappointed! My husband and I have been looking forward to the next season. There are so few really good shows on, despite dozens of channels. I guess we'll have more time to read.
