ABC has pulled the freshman comedy from its schedule.
December 8, 2011
It looks as if Man Up's run is up on ABC, as the freshman sitcom has been pulled from the network's schedule before getting a chance to air all of its produced episodes. The struggling series was already in bad shape after being left off of ABC's midseason schedule, but today's news removes any doubt of it continuing.
With Man Up being pulled sooner than planned, repeats of Tim Allen's latest laugher Last Man Standing will air in its place for the rest of the year. New comedy Work It will air in the Tuesday 8:30pm time slot starting January 3.

ABC sucks balls Dan Fogler is hilarious and Teri Polo is a blonde goddess These studios don't give shows a chance unless they're a instant hit, taking chances have become bad for business despite the fact that most hit shows start at top and gradually decline until they're cancelled.

I am 49 years old and haven't watched much tv over the last years or so and this show along with "Last Man Standing" actually had me looking forward to Tuesday night tv again. I was telling my friends about it as well. I am truly saddened with ABC's decision. A remake of Bossom Buddies is not going to get my attention at all. Just like liesure suits it was bad the first time around.

Expected but sad. Not that this was groundbreaking but one of the better comedies on the networks. Look at all the new crud that have full season orders, I think they should have played this one out to see if it caught on.

This show was great I can't believe they cancelled it. My favorite one is the episode with the GPS when Grants starts making random sounds that was hilarious and of course Billy D. Williams.

I loved this show I wish it was not cancelled! There are so many other 30 min shows that should have been canned before this one.

This was a brilliant comedy. You can watch all the remaining episodes on ABC.com. I hope we see a lot more of Dan Fogler. That guy is a comic genius much like the late greats John Candy and Chris Farley. Very sad day for comedy. Another comedy I really am enjoying is of course Modern Family and I even enjoy The Middle. I know not many people like The Middle, but the humor is way more subtle and not shoved in your face. Catching up on another great comedy on Netflix that I hated at first, but now love for some reason and that is "The IT Crowd". That series has made me laugh so hard at times I thought I was going to hurt my innards. I heard there might be a IT Crowd special in 2012 somewhere and I hope its true.

I love this show. Me and my husband laughed so hard at the gluten free episode, I had tears running down my face. We talked about it in bed and couldn't stop cracking up! We haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Every time we find a show we love they cancel it!

This is disappointing news. I was just introduced to this series and I thought it was great. This reminds me of when Arrested Development was cancelled...
