The new drama ends after 13 episodes.
May 9, 2012
Fox has cancelled freshman drama The Finder, which will air its final episode this Friday, May 11. The series premiered in January as a mid-season replacement on Thursday nights at 9:00pm. After unimpressive ratings over its first seven airings, the network moved the show to Fridays to burn off its remaining six produced episodes.
Also cancelled by Fox today was freshman series Alcatraz.

Maybe Fox can hire The Finder to help them find hits and give new, creative shows a longer life. Not much high tech involved with The Finder so costs must be much lower than other shows.
Poor choice and they wonder why more audiences are going to USANetwork, TNT, SciFy, etc.
Fox should sell rights to any of these networks and it would be successful and find a larger audience. Watching shows on the "old channels" is a big risk due to their management's decision process. A natural death spiral.

It figures I finally like a new show and bye bye. Who make these decisions? Yeah you moved it to Friday but not everyone goes out on Friday nights. Cater to us once in a while.

I can't believe it! A new show that is witty, intelligent and fun and it's already cancelled. I am so disappointed with Fox. They didn't properly promote the show and didn't give it a chance. It's hard to find something good to watch on TV - enough of the stupid reality shows already! Also, the way the show ended was very disappointing and disrespectful to the characters.

Its a real bummer to see that this show has been cancelled. I feel it was really just starting to hit its stride. Yep, what a bummer.

Fox really needs to hire someone with a brain over there. Every one loved the finder. No wonder your network is last.
