The Ashley Judd drama will not be back next season.

ABC has cancelled Missing, the Ashley Judd drama about a mother whose son mysteriously disappears. The show premiered as a mid-season replacement back in March but stumbled out of the gate, failing to amass a substantial weekly viewership.
It has so far aired nine of its 10 ordered episodes, with the series finale set for May 17, 2012.

I agree with all the other responses. Reality TV is sickly taking over. I watched Missing every week and enjoyed Ashley Judd. The show was creative and suspensfull- the season finale was the start of a great new story line!!!!! Ugh!!!!

Are you guys crazy. This was a great show. there is nothing but junk on TV.Realty shows are for the birds.Ashley Judd was great as well as the rest of the cast. Bring it back

I agree with many people that Missing had amazing story line.It was well written and acted, high quality show.Unfortunally,stupid and lame shows seem to air year after year,while great shows get cancelled.Such a shame really...There should be more shows like Missing.It included real life situations,emotions,various regions of the world and certainly,if aired longer-it would touch topics that many do not even dare to think of and some obviously would like to avoid specific topics....

Oh well, another good show cancelled. What is wrong with these people? You take wonderful shows and put on crap!!!! I just don't understand.The only tv I watch anymore is reruns,if it was'nt for them I would get rid of my tv ,thank you tbs!Missing was a really good show!

Best show in a long time with substance!!! Please bring it back!! There are people who need more stimulus than some of the crap they keep bringing season after season!!

I just rented the first season and finished watching the final episode last night... I am really upset about this show being cancelled I actually enjoyed it... Please bring missing back A/S/A/P... I loved how Ashley went above and beyond to get her son back...

I agree its a%$Â¥<#~^ shame they cancelled MISSING.... US poor people who can't afford to travel liked the international back drop..... it had a decent storyline
