The Ashley Judd drama will not be back next season.

ABC has cancelled Missing, the Ashley Judd drama about a mother whose son mysteriously disappears. The show premiered as a mid-season replacement back in March but stumbled out of the gate, failing to amass a substantial weekly viewership.
It has so far aired nine of its 10 ordered episodes, with the series finale set for May 17, 2012.

It's nice to see how many people were hooked on Missing too. I have watched from the beginning and completely agree it's quality. Sadly, the comment on replacing it with another reality show is probably accurate. Sad, a show that you have to really pay attention to tanks, while the Kardashian's soar. Pathetic.

Missing is the only show I watch on ABC because all the rest are awful. I really hope someone else picks up this series. I have been fully addicted to it. Love Ashley and all the other actors. Can't stand ABC for sure now!

Are you kidding. THis is the best. All of us at work talk about the show every week. Its fantastic and so is Ashley. PLease reconsider.

Why would ABC cancel Missing?? It is such a great show and there are alot of people who are into this show!!!!!! Rethink this ABC...you can still do so much with this show!!!!!

It figures that the B in apt 23 will be renewed by not a quality show like this one. I have watched it from the beginning and it's a great show. Ahsley Judd deserves better than this. Maybe another network will pick it up like CBS did a few years ago with Medium from NBC. One could only hope something like this could happen...........but probably not. I'm about done with ABC!

This is one of the best shows on right now. Another stupid tv exec decision. It may be time to revise the Nielsen system.

LOVE this show, what do you know - ABC does it again - gets us interested in a show then doesn't leave it on long enough to develop an audience. Then there's a show like LOST, which I watched faithfully for 6 years, never missed an episode - and the endsing was the worst in history. ABC, you really need to figure it out. Too bad about Pan Am, too....

Great show! Couldn't wait every week to see what was next. I'm sure will be rep;aced with another reality show. What a mistake!
