ABC Family has announced that sophomore comedy Melissa & Joey will return for a third season. The series has enjoyed a solid second season as part of a Wednesday night sitcom block paired with Baby Daddy, which was also renewed for a second season.
Season 3 of Melissa & Joey will return in spring 2013. An exact date or the number of episodes ordered is not known at this time.

LOVE the show!!! i'm so glad its coming back on. i was worried they were going to end it and not put the two of them together. People get off the drinking. Its great the way it is. Its YOUR job to teach your children not TVs, if you dont like it dont let them watch it.

Love,love,love the show !!!! Just make Mel stop drinking so much ....other than that the show is sooooooooo awesome !!!! I am so glad they have finally created a great family show !!!!

Reminds me of the 80's sitcoms. I never thought she drank to much wine either.

I just discovered this show recently and I fell in love with it. I watched both seasons in Netflix and I can't wait for the new season.

AWESOME!!! I LOVE This Show...I grew up watching Melissa & Joey. It is Great watching them again on TV, they have Great chemistry together. I do agree, please STOP having Melissa's character to drink so much! Other than that I LOVE THE SHOW!!!

Thank god the dipsticks of the world haven't gotten rid of one of my favorite shows. I swear, the morons running television need to stop killing of all of the good stuff.

This is fantastic news! I love this show. It's clean and funny and returns to the good old days of the classic half hour comedy. (Although Melissa Joan Hart's character drinks a little too much wine.) And I definitely don't have a problem staring at Joey Lawrence for another season. ;-)
