Male models will be added to the mix for summer 2013.
October 17, 2012
The CW has announced that long-running series America's Next Top Model has been renewed for a 20th cycle. In continuing its penchant for adding new themes to each cycle, the network will, for the first time, be allowing male models to also compete alongside the women.
Cycle 20 of America's Next Top Model is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2013.

I've watched all 20 seasons. Almost every model from every season seems to be a horrible person. Is this normal in the modeling industry? I don't see that with Victoria's Secret models. Is it because these are not REAL models?????

I'm just surprised that it's still on!! She needs to come to her senses and just cancel the whole thing. I used to love it. Didn't watch the last cycle because it was changed to Friday night and the 2 cycles before were assinine due to her firing of Mr. and Ms. Jay and Nigel. Tyra just get off the tv period!! I agree lets ban this show!! Adding men on it is not going to help.

How come no one ever hears about any of these "top models" after they win? Oh that's right, because they're just fodder for Tranny Banks and the network to exploit. This show sickens me!

I could give two flying figs about this show. No offense to the girls, but the whole modeling industry is about as superficial as it gets. But if it's just got to be on the air, I guess it's good that they're finally leveling the playing field and adding some men.
