The comedy has been pulled after six episodes.
November 16, 2012
CBS has cancelled freshman comedy Partners effective immediately. The struggling series never really found an audience on the network, delivering sub-par ratings up until this past Monday, where it delivered a series-low 1.8 in the adults 18-49 demographic.
Repeats of Two and a Half Men will air in its Monday at 8:30pm time slot for the time being starting November 19, 2012.

As a self-proclaimed TV snob actually liked this show because it was hilariously funny. I almost always found myself gasping for air trying to catch my breath from laughing so hard. I think that ninety's comedian David Krumhotlz is still really funny after being on hiatus for such a long time and Michael Urie is just ridiculously hilarious since Ugly Betty. I think CBS made a mistake..

That's disappointing news indeed. I thought this show was funny. It was great to see some physical comedy writing again from the creators of Will & Grace.

I never watched "Partners", but, I do love "Modern Family"... and " The New Normal"... just like I like "Will and Grace"... and the recently cancelled... " 666 Park Acenue"... I'm sure my choice in entertainment makes some people uncomfortable.... I must be part of that "99%"... whatever narrow-minded person.... on 11/16/12... that made comment needs to find herself under a bridge in Montana... it's simple logic: you don't like a show; don't watch it! It's insane to think that the creators of these shows are trying to make anyone gay, etc....

This was actually a funny show. Much better than some of the other new shows that they claim to be good and their not.

I was afraid this was going to happen with this show. Same thing happened with The Class a few years ago. I got to like both shows & sure nuf, they get pulled! This show never had a chance. It's seems almost as soon as it aired, there were rumblings about cancellation being imminent. I liked, but then I'm not in that holy grail of demographics 18-49, so what do I know!

Partners was fun, not great, I enjoyed what it was. Seems like the networks have zero patience for shows. History tells us "Cheers" and "Seinfeld", would never have made it on their ratings early on. Shows have to find their audience and vise versa. It's also why I believe no one seeks the relationship with it anymore in that it will be cancelled early. It happens every year with shows I become interested in. Just sayin'.

They didn't give this long enough. Much better than New Normal. i agree 2 and 1/2 needs to find a way to bring Charlie back and send Ashton packing. We bet how many minutes before he takes his shirt off. Winner buys dinner. Feel sorry for Jon Cryer and other original cast members. Ashton is highest paid actor in all of sitcoms. Makes me want to throw-up.
