The Canadian series was not renewed in its home country.
December 4, 2012
Canadian drama The L.A. Complex has not been renewed by its home network, Bell Media, effectively cancelling the sophomore series. The CW had acquired the rights to air the first two seasons of the show in the US, but the low ratings it drew will not likely motivate the network to pursue a third season on its own.
It is being said that the show's producers are looking into options for it possibly moving to another network in Canada, but for the time being fans should not expect a return to The L.A. Complex.

Well, I did like the series very much. At least it had potential and the second season was better then the first. I was really looking forward for the 3th season so hopefully they will find another network who also sees the potential.

the cast was the worst part of the show! they were sooo annoying. And i disagree that they were "an attractive cast" they were all just pretty average looking if you ask me. I actually thought the story lines were pretty interesting but u lost me on the characters. They were too annoying, especially that red head chick that was super negative and really hard to watch.

Not really surprised. The cast is attractive and talented, but the material is just awful. I watched a few episodes because I like Cassie Steele and Jewel Staite (and they're both easy on the eyes).
Hopefully the cast will move on to better projects.
