HBO is bringing back the award-winning series.

It is being reported that HBO has renewed sophomore series Girls for a third season. The comedy, which takes a humorous look at a group of young women living in New York, has aired two episodes of its second season and recently won a Golden Globe for best comedy series.
12 new episodes have been ordered for Season 3 of Girls.
UPDATE: Season 3 of Girls premieres on January 12, 2014.

Let's face it. This show deserves it. It's the next generation version of Sex In The City in my opinion. It's funny, emotional and unique.
