The series ends its run on Fox after 25 seasons.
May 6, 2013
After 25 seasons on the air, Fox has opted not to move forward with reality series Cops, which was its longest-running series dating back to 1989. This past Saturday's finale marked the end of the show's run on the network.
This doesn't mean the show is cancelled, however. Cops fans will be pleased to learn that Spike TV has picked up the series and will begin airing its 26th season this coming September in its usual 8pm Saturday time slot. Spike has also acquired the rights to a portion of the show's existing library, which will allow it to air previous episodes as well.

Good, I never liked that show or any other show of its type. Spike (a network I never watch) can have it.
