NBC has cancelled freshman series Welcome to the Family after only three episodes. The half-hour comedy premiered earlier this month but failed to catch on with viewers in its 8:30pm Thursday time slot.
The show is NBC's first comedy of the 2013-2014 season to get the axe.

i got paid to watch the pilot in las vegas before it aired on tv and i told them then it was not going any where dull acting,not funny at all kudos to nbc

THE SHOW WAS FUNNY!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU NBC?? THE SHOW WAS BETTER THAN THE CRAP YOU HAVE RUNNING ON THE AIR NOW...I THINK ANOTHER NETWORK SHOULD PICK UP THE SHOW & SHOW NBC, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE YOUR NETWORK DID.

Glad they gave it a chance. It was good of NBC to give it a chance. THE SHOW should have used the chance NBC gave it better. THEY squandered the chance that they were given by NBC. If they would have used the chance they were given better they may have been left on air.

So filthy shows like Two and a Half Men stay on the air along with the annoying Millers and they take this one off. I also liked We Are Men. I think I just need to stop watching TV.

This was a great show. Very funny. My entire family looked forward to watching it each week, it was our favorite new show. Please bring it back and give it more time.

That stinks! That show was so funny and I was really looking forward to future episodes.
Also, to the dummy who wrote above that any show that begins with the words "previously on" is bound to fail... Well I guess you never watched Desperate Housewives!
Great show...lasted many seasons! Big hit!

Wow, I've seen horrible shows stay on for many seasons, and you canceled this after 3 episodes? Bad Idea! This show was smart AND funny.... bring it back please! Give it more time!
