The fantasy spin-off will not return for a second season.
March 28, 2014
ABC will not be ordering a second season of Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. The network has opted to cancel the freshman fantasy drama after its first 13-episode season, which concludes next Thursday night. Word comes via the promo for the episode, which refers to it as the series finale.
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland premiered last fall as a spin-off to the successful Once Upon a Time, which is currently in its third season. Wonderland, however, failed to attract viewers in the same way the original continues to do.

I was half expecting these characters to pop up in once up a time. I like some the actors hope to see them again except Naveen Andrews lol he should have stayed LOST :P

Absolutely loved this show! As much as I want to boycott ABC when they cancel my favourite shows they keep starting new programs that I love just as much. Too bad they always cancel them prematurely. LOVED the series finale for Wonderland though, couldn't ask for any better! RIP Wonderland; which joins my other canceled ABC favourites; Ravenswood, Body Of Proof, OLTL, Desperate Housewives, Eastwick, etc...

Yeah , I liked it sometimes better than the original. The original became over dramatic so this was a nice change back to a more likable show. :(

Completely expected as it was A ONE SEASON SERIES!! They never intended it to go more than one season. It is akin to what some British shows do. The true questions are whether they will do another one next year and whether some of the characters from Wonderland will be brought to Storybrook.

The show was nothing special as the story line kept going in circles. There's no reason the producers can't import some of the characters into the original so we really haven't lost anything. Personally, I thought the Red Queen was horribly miscast, Cyrus was beyond boring and Naveen Andrews was completely wasted playing Snidely Whiplash, but I wouldn't mind seeing Sophie Lowe and Michael Socha show up in Storybrooke.

I loved the show and was looking forward to seeing how the network would tie the two Once Upon a time series together. I found it very action packed and looked forward to further development of the characters. What the show needs is a different time slot and expansion of the story line.

I'm an avid watcher of once upon a time and gave this one a shot. I was actually getting into this show. The last few episodes were actually really good. From the articles I read it was supposed to be a one season show anyway. It sure was written that way.
