No Season 3 for the sci-fi drama.

NBC has cancelled Revolution, opting to pull the plug on the sophomore series after two seasons. The show's Season 2 ratings have been lackluster, and far below its Season 1 numbers.
Revolution got off to a strong start when it first premiered in 2012, debuting with a strong 4.1 rating in the adults 18-49 demo and staying at a 2.6 or above for the first half of the season. Viewership dipped for the back half but stayed at a respectable number to warrant a renewal.
The show's second season has been a different story, with its premiere starting at a 1.8 and falling as low as 1.1 for its most-recent episode this past Wednesday.
Revolution's series finale is scheduled to air on May 21.

REALLY CANCEL A SHOW JUST WHEN ITS GETTING GREAT,PLEASE NO MORE .BIG BROTHER OR SEX SENT ME TO THE ER, ENOUGH BS. BRING IT BACK WITH PROPER ENDING AT LEAST, AND WITH SOME SORT OF CLOSURE

SO UNHAPPY! I literally JUST found the episodes on my on demand menu... I have been watching like crazy to catch up! I DID NOT know when the show had come back on! It was on break for too long and there was NOT proper promotion of it's return. I am soooo unhappy. I thought it was a great show. How about the suits stop playing around so much with the show schedules and let something actually run like clock work and see that the ratings would be solid!

you can't have success with any show if you show one episode then wait 2-3 weeks before another episode airs. people don't lose interest in the program they just don't know when it will be on from on week to the next, when will network exec figure out how to schedule?

Extremely dissapointed. Was one of the few shows on TV I enjoyed watching. Not a reality fan at all. Thought JJ Abrahms and the cast did a great job. Everyone I knew was a fan. Hoping some other network will pick it up.

When you have something that hits close to home they shut it down please bring revolution back there is to much left hanging

NBC, is crazy I have never missed a episode since this show started in 2012.I hope another channel will pick it up, it's just wrong,hope to see Billy Burke again?

Big mistake by NBC cancelling Revolution. I watched it every week. I hate all the reality shows and finally found something that was different and exciting.

Glad it's gone. It was Walking Dead for tween girls. I turned it off when the first actor with a tight mesh shirt and perfect hair came out.

No suprise. All good shows get cancelled because all the morons want to watch is those boring reality shows. Now there is nothing worth watching on tv at all.

This is the worst news ever! Seriously the best show on TV in a really really long time. Never missed an episode! I love all of the cast and the storyline was beyond fantastic. Please please please syfi pick the show up!
