No Season 3 for the sci-fi drama.
May 9, 2014
NBC has cancelled Revolution, opting to pull the plug on the sophomore series after two seasons. The show's Season 2 ratings have been lackluster, and far below its Season 1 numbers.
Revolution got off to a strong start when it first premiered in 2012, debuting with a strong 4.1 rating in the adults 18-49 demo and staying at a 2.6 or above for the first half of the season. Viewership dipped for the back half but stayed at a respectable number to warrant a renewal.
The show's second season has been a different story, with its premiere starting at a 1.8 and falling as low as 1.1 for its most-recent episode this past Wednesday.
Revolution's series finale is scheduled to air on May 21.

Really lousy way to end a show ie.. Bradbury Idaho? Come on! What happened to the pendants? They didn't find them all and tht was the mystery. After Colorado, the ousted Patriots return did bring some realism to the show along with the conflict with TEXAS/California. When the NANO developed to an AI, it became far fetched. Destroying the NANO should have been kept at the far front.

And right when Idaho was about to get into the picture.
The only state that would have had electricity.

The ONLY thing worth watching on nbc other than Letterman (oops, he's gone too!) and agt ( if you overlook the horrendous contracts the contestants have to sign).

We loved this show as well, Maybe the ratings would have been higher if the network had tried a different night. Afterall, Revolution was up against Nashville, American Idol and The 100 all on Wednesday nights. Not everything has to air on the same night! Bring it back!!!!

This show is about revolutions, not about electricity. Please, read the title.
If they include or excluded electricity, I would not care. Revolution is about war and uprising threats. Have you noticed how they slowly included threats like the nanos and (shockingly) Americans invading.. America?

Revolution was doomed when the nano, and the struggle to get the power back on, became secondary to the constant gun fights between factions. That was boring and unsustainable.

I loved this show and can't believe NBC cancelled it. What a joke. Maybe I will cancel watching any show on NBC.

Just watched the last episode and just knew this was going to be binned. AI's controlling the power?? Come on!! Season two killed this series with far fetched scripts. I'm glad its finally over.

yeah I hate that they have cancelled this show!My wife and I haven't missed a single episode since its been on! we love it. Like I told my wife SyFi Network would be a good network to pick it up. I have seen re-runs of Revolution on the syfi channel several times.I just hope someone picks it up soon cause the series finale just kinda leaves you hanging...Come on syfi network, make us fans happy.
