USA has ordered more of the new comedy.

USA announced today that Sirens has been renewed for a second season. The original comedy premiered in March and aired 10 episodes through May. Its first season garnered impressive ratings, ranking as basic cable's #1 new comedy of the year in total viewers with a 1.62 million average.
Update: Season 2 of Sirens will premiere on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 10:00pm.

I'm surprised USA even grabbed this show with as vulgar as it is, it's totally tailor-made for FX or TBS. I was hoping they wouldn't drop it for that reason. I really don't like the newbie Brian character though.

Hopefully season 2 sees a bit more than 10 episodes. It's generally around episode 35 when writers start running out of ideas and the true merit of a show is seen. This is also why, if a show makes it to season 2.... season 2 is often as far as it goes.
