ABC has cancelled freshman comedy Manhattan Love Story after four episodes. The series has struggled in the ratings since its premiere in late September, quickly becoming the network's weakest new series of the fall. The cancellation makes the show this season's first victim across all broadcast networks.

I REALLY wanted to like this show, being a native New Yorker. But there was absolutely NOTHING Manhattan about this show.

Why are they always making the wrong decisions?? Selfie should have been cut. It is shallow and the acting is not good enough..

I don't really feel anything towards this news. The show is kinda pointless and would've worked better as a movie. The latest episode was kinda good but this show is probably the worst 20 minute comedy this season.

This one didn't get promoted as much as Srlfie. That is disappointing because I think it is a better show and may actually be one of my favorite freshman comedies this season. I could name a handful that should have gotten the axe before this one.

ABC never fails to piss me off (I'm still mad they canceled Happy Endings.) Out of all the comedies I started this season this one was my favorite, which of course meant it was bound for cancelation. How disappointing.
And now with them playing Selfie back to back, it seems like they might be trying to burn that one off too. Guessing that will likely get canceled next.
