British network ITV has announced that Broadchurch has been renewed for a third season. There is no news yet on a stateside pickup but BBC America, which aired Season 1 and will be airing Season 2 beginning tomorrow, will likely continue with Season 3 as well.

Very happy to hear this! Can't wait to start watching season 2 tomorrow! Even though Gracepoint was cancelled, its great to see it live on in its original series!
