ABC has renewed Fresh Off the Boat for a second season. The rookie comedy recently finished a 13-episode run as a midseason replacement, where it drew respectable ratings in its Tuesday night time slot.
Fresh Off the Boat joins Galavant and Black-ish as the new comedies ABC has picked up for the 2015-2016 season. The network axed Cristela yesterday.

I am glad to see this! I love the show. Only thing I do not like about it is the oldest son trying to act black all the time.
