The sophomore comedy gets the back-nine.

ABC has topped up Season 2 of Fresh Off the Boat, ordering an additional nine episodes of the comedy. The network had originally picked up 13 episodes of the sitcom for its sophomore outing, matching its first-season total.
Solid ratings raised ABC's confidence in the show, which was upgraded to a regular season debut in 2015-2016 rather than the mid-season status it premiered with back in February. The extra episodes mean the show gets its first traditional full season of 22 episodes.

I just wish that they would change the horrible intro "music" my wife and I want to skip it every time we hear it.

I love this show! So glad they are extending its run. Every character is funny and contributes to the story, even Grandma. :) Thank you ABC.

Hmm, I thought I had heard this wasn't doing as well as hoped. Maybe that was last season.

I like this show. It moves at a good pace with the jokes and has solid writing. Good for ABC.
