No Season 2 for the crime drama.
May 8, 2015
CBS has cancelled Battle Creek after one season. The comedic crime drama premiered in March as a midseason replacement but faltered in the ratings, starting low and slipping further during the course of its run. The show still has four episodes remaining before calling it quits for good.

As with all others, I agree that this show was a refreshing change of pace and the stories and acting were fun to watch. What a shame! Is all TV programming really meant to be this poor?

I love Battle Creek, Forever, and Hot in Cleveland. Like many who've commented before me, way to many realty shows on TV to suit my taste. Please keep these shows on.

I loved thais show. I really hope NetFlix picks it up. I love all the actors. It is a. Whole lot better than all the reality shows that they have on tv. Josh Duhamel and Dean Winter are great together as wll as all the cast members. I just started watching Netflix and I would really like to see some new shows.

It's pretty sad to see this show cancelled. I enjoyed watching, I enjoyed the interaction of the characters. Please consider bringing it back.

What a shame. Another show that I really like is cancelled. I must be the kiss of death because it seems that most of the shows I watch get cancelled for what??? another reality show of some vampire or weird series. I really hope that another network would pick this one and Forever up.

I really liked this show, Can't believe it's been cancelled. Rotten Tomatoes shows this has great reviews as well. This makes no sense. Tired of crap staying on the network for 5-10 yrs & good shows getting cancelled after 1-2 seasons. Watched 1 ep of Mysteries of Laura & couldn't stand the time spent on the bratty kids, couldn't get past it to watch it again, but this show I, loved from the beginning.

Maybe Netflix can come up with a scripted show like this one. I would really like another one either like Franklin & Bash, Psych, Or Battle Creek. I'm ready to say goodbye to cable, doesn't make sense to keep spending the money. At 32 I'm apparently too old for them.
